SUSAN L. SOETAERT (Costume Design) has designed for theatre, dance and film. She is resident designer for the Jean Cocteau Repertory and Worth Street Theatre companies. I Never Saw Another Butterfly is her third collaboration with director Rebecca Taylor, other projects being A Man's World at Metropolitan Theatre and The Gathering (starring Theodore Bikel) at Jewish Repertory Theatre. Additional credits include Ringling Bros., Barnum and Bailey Circus, New Federal Theatre, Ice Theatre of New York, La Gran Scena Opera Co. and Adobe Theatre. She also designed The Ripper, an interactive computer game. This coming June, her work will be seen at Chelsea Equestrian Center, featuring choreography for dancers and horses. She is currently a professor of design for CUNY.
