JAMES HOLLAND (Composer) is originally from Indiana. He developed his musical talent at several respected institutions such as Indiana University (Bloomington, IN), Interlochen National Music Camp (Traverse City, MI) and the Austro-American Institute (Vienna, Austria). He acquired his Bachelors of Music degree from DePauw University (Greencastle, IN) in 1998, and, after his studies, he performed professionally in the church and on the stage in both LA and New York, serving as choir director for several groups. Although now choosing to focus his writing in the musical and opera genres, he has also written two novels.
